Restaurant operated in mid air, some of the diners in Europe are having hack of a fun enjoying their meal at the same time seeing the city scenery, the table was hoisted by a crane several hundred feet high, food were prepared by chef on the spot.
So long as the diners get hold of their silverware tightly, it shouldn't be a problem for majority of people who are right below , i will assume that will be the major view of most Europeans.
